If you prefer a stronger compression feel, choose your normal size. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed everyday fit, we recommend sizing up.

To preserve the fabric quality, elasticity, and compression performance of your PrimeForm™ shirt, machine wash using cold or low-temperature water on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh detergents, as these may damage the stretch fibers over time.
For best long-term results, air drying is recommended to help maintain the shirt’s shape and compression strength. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat only. Do not iron or dry clean.
